I visited the Sports Medicine doctor this morning & took an MRI of my right knee/leg with me, taken last week. It turns out I have a fracture of the femur in my right leg and have had it for some weeks as it turns out. So as from today I'm on crutches and will be for some time to come.

The boys from the Irish team competed in the Triathlon World Championships on the weekend and did well. Check out Enda's FB page as I'm sure the results will be up by now.

In lieu of doing any running or riding, I'm concentrating on swimming and am up to 3 laps of Bondi Beach at the moment. We had a massage with Kat tonight which felt brilliant.
