Back in London

We left Dublin this morning, arrived at Heathrow at 10.30am, jumped on the Express Train to Paddington, got  a taxi to the Hilton in Islington and just as we booked in Lucian gave me a call and asked: "How would you like to have afternoon tea with HRH Princess Anne this afternoon?" It was the best offer I'd had since leaving Dublin so I said "Yep, Why not!"

So it was that one ended up on the 30th floor head office of Clifford Chance, a global legal firm, on Upper Bank St, Canary Wharf, listening to HRH accepting the role as the Patron of the Restorative Justice Council and then taking an hour to chat to those of us in the room. One was impressed by her knowledge and long relationship with Restorative Justice. She was up for a chat and was surprised when one let her know that one's business was working on RJ in four countries. Good craic as they'd say in Balrath (the one outside Mullingar).

What more can one say about one's meeting with HRH.  FMD - what next!
