Mates

While I was out swimming across the beach last weekend, I was thinking about people I've known and known well and become close to over the years and how many of them I don't see that much of. It has I suspect got a lot to do with distance and with busy lives. Whatever the reason, it's a shame.

On the physical front I did a 12km run with Gene & Ange on Wednesday evening, managed a good session on the bike early yesterday morning & put in a short soft sand run with the team this morning, though it was chilly on the beach. A brilliant sunrise helped us along.
